1. What AF7 is — and is not

AF7 is an AI-powered signal platform with a built-in portfolio simulation. AF7 does not place orders on any exchange, does not custody assets, does not provide personalised financial advice, and is not a broker-dealer, financial advisor, or fiduciary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure.

3. Not personalised financial advice

AF7's signals are generated by AI models reasoning over public market data. They are not personalised financial advice and do not take your individual circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance into account. Markets covered by AF7 can be volatile and any capital you commit on the basis of AF7's signals is at risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on, or independent of, AF7's output.

4. Account balance and usage charges

AF7's paid features are billed against a pre-funded account balance based on per-token rates from third-party AI providers plus a platform margin. Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform;
• Share your account credentials, or use another user's account;
• Republish AF7-generated signals as your own commercial product without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AF7 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid AF7 in the preceding twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified by email.
